No. Those vendors aggregate licensed reference data with terminal access and analytics. We complement them by extracting structured data from public sources they don't cover, or covering specific niches without the per-seat cost. We're closer to a managed-extraction service than a market-data terminal.
Yes. EDGAR, SEDAR, and most regulatory feeds publish on a known cadence; we can deliver new filings within minutes of publication via webhook, or as a daily / hourly batch. Earnings transcripts arrive on the publication schedule of the company's IR site.
Yes. Filings, presentations, and earnings PDFs are parsed into structured tables (income statement, balance sheet, segment reporting) on top of the raw text. We can also extract footnotes, segment-level breakdowns, and tagged XBRL data.
We work only with public sources or sources where the client holds an explicit license. We will not bypass paywalls or scrape licensed terminal data. If you have a license that permits programmatic extraction, we can scope around that.
Field-level confidence scores on parsed values, schema validation on every delivery, and automated reconciliation against XBRL where available. For regulated workflows we provide an audit trail and signed delivery manifests. Final accuracy responsibility sits with the client's review process.
