Web → Excel

Extract data from any website to Excel — without writing scrapers.

Send us the URLs and the columns you want. We deliver a free CSV sample that opens directly in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers — including pages behind login, pagination, and JavaScript rendering. Recurring jobs run on your schedule.

Common Excel columns we deliver

Page URL
Product / item title
Price, currency, discount
Availability / stock status
Ratings, reviews, review count
Listing date / last updated
Category, tags, attributes
Seller, brand, location

We adjust the schema to match your spreadsheet. Custom fields, computed columns, and split-out attributes are part of scoping — not an upsell.

Source types we handle

E-commerce listingsMarketplaces with loginReal estate portalsJob boardsDirectory & B2B sitesTravel & booking sitesPaginated search resultsJavaScript-heavy SPAs

Public listings, login-gated dashboards, paginated search, and JavaScript-rendered SPAs all extract to the same flat CSV format. You see one clean spreadsheet — we handle the mess underneath.

How it works

1. Tell us the source URLs and fields

Send us 1–10 sample URLs and a list of fields you want as columns. If the site requires login, we discuss credential handling and rate limits before scoping.

2. We deliver a free CSV sample

Within 1–3 business days you receive an Excel-ready CSV with the agreed columns. Open it directly in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers — no setup, no API keys.

3. Approve, then we set up recurring delivery

If the sample matches what you need, we move to a paid plan with daily, weekly, or monthly delivery. Recurring jobs can also use API, Webhook, S3, or direct database loads.

FAQ

Can you extract data from a website with login to Excel?

Yes. For sites that require authentication, we discuss whether we use your account credentials, a service account, or session-token handoff. We document data handling and never store credentials in plain text. Some sites' Terms of Service prohibit third-party scraping of authenticated areas — we will flag this during scoping.

Will the output open cleanly in Microsoft Excel?

Every CSV is delivered as UTF-8 with a BOM header so Excel renders Unicode product titles, accented characters, and currency symbols correctly. We also offer .xlsx delivery on request.

What about pages with infinite scroll, pagination, or JavaScript rendering?

We use full headless-browser rendering when needed, so single-page apps, lazy-loaded pages, and infinite-scroll feeds extract correctly. You don't need to specify how the page loads — we handle it.

How big can the export be?

Single-file Excel exports work well up to a few hundred thousand rows. Beyond that we split into multiple CSVs, partition by date, or move you to API / database delivery — Excel itself caps at ~1.04M rows per sheet.

Is this an Excel plugin or a no-code tool?

No. We are a managed data delivery service, not a Chrome extension or Excel add-in. You get scheduled CSV files in your inbox or cloud storage — no scrapers to maintain on your side.
