FAQ

Can you scrape Airbnb pricing day by day?

Yes. We pull the displayed nightly rate per check-in / check-out window and reconstruct a calendar view per listing. Refresh cadence is project-defined — daily is typical for active rate monitoring; weekly is enough for trend analytics.

What about Airbnb host or guest data?

We collect the publicly displayed host fields (name, profile URL, superhost flag, response rate, listing count). Personal contact information is gated and not scraped. Guest review excerpts are captured from public listing pages.

Do you cover Vrbo / Booking.com short-term rentals?

Yes — Vrbo, Booking.com STRs, and aggregator portals are common companion sources. Schema differs slightly per site; we normalize on a project schema during sample delivery.

Geographic coverage?

Any city Airbnb operates in, scoped by polygon, neighborhood, or coordinate radius. Some markets have stricter regulatory disclosures (NYC LL18, Paris) — we can pull that public registry data alongside listing data.

Output format?

CSV, Excel, JSON, or direct database load. Free sample first, then recurring delivery via email, S3, webhook, or SFTP.
